About insideoutcomes
Principle Consultant
In 2004, Jean Hammink co-founded insideoutcomes to invest in organizations and the
people who work in them to improve results "from the inside out" through training,
coaching, and organizational interventions / consulting.
Jean has over 25 years of experience of experience working in nonprofit, corporate, and government sector leadership positions.
She has influenced change at many levels, helping individuals, groups, organizations, and large community systems find new solutions.
Having directed three nonprofit organizations and served on numerous boards of directors, Jean understands the challenges faced by the leaders and staff of organizations. In working with individuals and with groups, Jean is able to effectively assist people in developing new solutions and seeing possibilities in a new way.
The people and organizations Jean has worked with through the insideoutcomes training courses, workshops, coaching and consulting have all given high ratings to the work and the outcomes of the work.
As a Bush Foundation Leadership Fellow, she earned a Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. In addition, Jean has completed training in emotional intelligence through the Institute for Health and Human Potential, is certified by the HayGroup as an administrator of the 360 Emotional Competency Inventory, and has completed the International Gestalt Coaching Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. For 12 years Jean has been practicing mindfulness meditation and currently serves on the Board of Common Ground Meditation Center.
Personal Statement
My personal mission at this stage in my life is to cultivate wisdom and compassion in myself and assist others in doing the same. I consider it a privilege to work with people, individually or as part of your organization, as you discover your own wisdom and bring your best to the work you are doing and to your life. I believe, as the name insideoutcomes indicates, that significant change in how we do our work, how we live our lives, and ultimately what we bring into the the world, starts inside of us.
